MSU Suits and Sneakers
Coach Tom Izzo and Chairperson Lisa Hildorf
invite you to join our Suits and Sneakers Challenge. We need local organizations,
school systems, and Lansing area businesses to help eliminate cancer by hosting
a Wear Your Sneakers to Work Day. Individuals make a minimum donation of $5 to
the American Cancer Society for the opportunity to wear sneakers to work, with
friendly fundraising competitions among participating groups.
It’s simple to get in the game, use the “Join
Us” button below to register your team. Pick a day during the week of January
23, let employees know, and collect donations. If you are the highest fundraising team in your bracket
you win two tickets to the Breslin Bash, a behind the scenes experience with

The Coaches vs. Cancer Suits And Sneakers Week, January 23-29,
2017, is a nationwide event that unites coaches across the country to raise
awareness about the American Cancer Society's lifesaving mission, and promote
the American Cancer Society as a place for help and support. While coaching
games during the week, coaches wear sneakers with their game attire as a
visible reminder about the importance of nutrition and physical activity in
reducing cancer risk.

cancer by hosting Wear Your Sneakers to Work Days or fundraising events at
school athletic games.
The Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Challenge will sweep the
country during the February 2017 college basketball season! Teams are squaring
off to see who can score the most 3-point shots, and to raise the most money to
help save lives from cancer. MSU fans across the globe can support MSU's campaign by
pledging a donation for every 3-pointer they make in February.
Special gold shoelaces, created in memory of young MSU men's basketball super-fan Lacey Holsworth, are now available for purchase
at Shoe Carnival locations and online.
Basketball fans from across the nation are encouraged to purchase these gold
laces and “lace up” to further our mission and support the fight for a world without pediatric cancer.
